Why Sarso Biznet was formed?

This article will reveal several facts about the formation and reality of the SARSO BIZNET company and its relations with ebiz which are even unknown to many ebizzers.

Few years ago, lots of top level ebiz associates leaded by Mr. Mohit sardana and Mr. APS sodhi quits ebiz and started a new network marketing company named SARSO BIZNET.

In ebiz community, both these leaders were termed as the Face and Backbone of ebiz, respectively. Definitely, BIG BLOW for ebiz!

When the SARSOBIZ was formed, then ebizers were in big shock as there most lovable leaders betrayed them.

Lots of ebiz associates were on two minds that either to join Sarso and start from zero or remain in ebiz. They were afraid that their downline may lose confidence in ebiz and their group will break.

So, they come up with a half true story (almost fake) in which they presented 'Mr. Pawan Malhan' like a GOD and 'Mohit Sardana & Company' as a evil. 

They said that Mohit Sardana became too greedy and wanted more commissions and ownership in the ebiz company. But, Pawan malhan said that "for me every associate is equal and I can't give you the more benefits" and so clash begins and leads to seperation.

They promoted this story in ebiz community and as usual ebizzers believes that without questioning.

But, What was the real story?? Why this happens??

Very few people knows the actual story, but I met one SARSO associate who joined it just below Mr. Mohit Sardana.

He told me that he was in ebiz earlier and he left ebiz after becoming Silver Diplomat to start his own business. After the establishment of SARSOBIZ company, Mr. Sardana contacted him to join and he can't refuse.

He also reveals the reasons for the formation of SARSO from his angle. Actually, he was more interested in convincing me to join SARSO.

He said that SARSOBIZ was formed only because of autocratic nature of Pawan Malhan. He started attack on Pawan Malhan by his words.

He said that Mr. Pawan Malhan earlier also involved in a MLM company in foreign which was a big fraud. Then, he started his own company in India named 'ebiz.com pvt. ltd'.

He nominated Mr. Malhan as cunning man who love money more than anything else and deposits all the profits from ebiz in Canadian bank. I was thinking of Pawan Malhan as a GOD!

When Andhra case happens where few associates were put behind the bars for promoting ebiz, that time instead of taking actions, Mr. Malhan flew to another country.

He told me few more stories like tax issue, how much bribe Pawan Malhan pays etc.

He also said that all the system and ethics of ebiz was made by the Mohit Sardana and APS Sodhi and also that 'Good Morning' culture. Ebiz was near to its failure but Mohit Sardana brings the life in the company and then ebiz blasted in India.

 Now, I am sharing the real story of 'how SARSO came into existence'.... 

All time respected and admirable Mr. Sardana and Mr. Sodhi were begging for few shares in the ebiz company, which Mr. Pawan Malhan (his highness) was not ready to give them at any cost.

These leaders were working very hard, day and night for the ebiz and thought that they deserve atleast little bit of share in company's profit apart from their commissions.

But, Pawan Malhan thought that if he gives the company shares today, then tomorrow other associates will also demand that and his profits will be reduced too much.

They also suggested for adding some new products like trips, watch, suit length which Pawan Malhan has denied because these products were costly and would have decresed the profits of Mr. Malhan. But, after the formation of SARSOBIZ, he felt the competition and suddenly added all those products in ebiz. 

Mr. Sardana and Mr. Sodhi, both felt insulted by the behavior of Mr. Malhan and it was like a tight slap on their faces. That time, whole ebiz was in the hand of these two leaders and they were giving their 100% to promote it and make it a Brand.

But, after this conversation they realized that they are just the employees of ebiz, not the Owner or any Business Partner and this was enough to arise the ego of both leaders leading to formation of SARSO.

Also, 'Sardana and Co.' thought that if they will leave the ebiz together then it will bring earthquake in ebiz and very soon Pawan Malhan will be left with no business in his hand.

They tried their best to break the groups and take lots of top ebiz leaders with them. But, this didn't happen to a larger extent because most ebizers failed to get the courage to start once again from zero.   

What I analyse...

After formation of SARSO, both parties started abusing each other, like political parties.

Pawan malhan quickly raised the ceiling from Rs. 1 Lac to Rs. 2.5 Lac per week, once again taking the support of greed to save ebiz.

SARSO is not running successfully as expected, so it proves that ebizzers can't get success in any field. But, ebizers believe that they can do any type of work.

SARSO is the anger of associates against ebiz, so they tried to break the groups of ebizers. It shows the character of ex-ebizzers, which they learned from Ebiz.

I also learn a concept which I always follow "never trust an ebizzer" because they do only for themselves and USE other people. They say something and do other things.

All the love and respect which they show is a big fake. They tried to change me too. Its became very tough for me to bear those multi faced people. So, I am no longer with them.

For me, Ebizer is the biggest abuse!!
