If you search the internet, then you will always get the mix information about him on internet, written by members (or ex-members) of ebiz. Obviously, some correct but mostly wrong. Mr. Pawan malhan doesn't have any official information about himself on internet, including  Wikipedia . Now tell me, which company owner doesn't have a Wikipedia page. Leave ebiz and get the refund money

In this article, I will share the detail process of cancellation of your ebiz package and taking your refund money.
From past few days, I am getting lots of emails of people who feels cheated or misguided by the ebizzers and they want to cancel their ebiz joining and get their money back.
They are very eager to come out of this ebiz trap, but they are unaware of the actual refund process. 
In reality, lots of newly joined ebiz associates don't even knows that their money can be refunded. Because, Its a general habit of people of not reading the terms and conditions. They just accept everything and sign.
And, their best well wisher uplines don't bother to tell anything about the refund, as they will not get any commission and lots of other ebizzers will also start asking for refunds. So, they keep it as a secret for new ebizers.
If any associate (who wants to leave ebiz), finds out info about the refund from internet or other sources then, as expected, his uplines don't provide any support to him and leave him alone.
However, Ebiz has mentioned about its cancellation and refund policy on its site on its legals page.
According to refund policy of ebiz....
You can cancel your ebiz package within 30 days of the payment of your demand draft. Also, note that on last day, i.e 30th day, your cancellation requests must be received by the ebiz house till 6 P.M, only then it will be accepted.
If you have crossed this 30 day period, then you will be not liable to get any refund as the commission will be paid to the ebizers in your upline, earned by them because of your joining..
How to count these 30 days ??
When you join ebiz, you have to fill a Online Registration Form in which you have to give your personal details including address.. The print out of this form is called as Invoice.
Now, Ebiz gives you 10 day time after registration to submit your demand draft along with that invoice signed by you.
On the day of submission of your DD and Invoice to ebiz house, your ID turns green, means it is accepted...  Your 30 day period starts from the day your dd turns green.
What actually you have to do for getting your money as refund from ebiz company....
 First of all visit the ebiz support page.
You will see a login area on this page. Just enter your ebiz username and password to login.
On next page you have to select “Post New Query“ from the main menu. 
Category – Refund Request
Subject – Cancel ebiz package
In the query field, you have to write a reason for the cancellation of your eBIZ package, like you have been misguided and don't want to continue. Also, provide your details like TID and DID number.
In the contact number field, provide your mobile number.
You may get a call from the ebiz house on this number within few days, if they need more info regarding cancellation and refund.
Finally, click on “Submit Query‘. You will get a ticket number. 
After this, you may have to send your self-attested ID proof through mail on the official email id of ebiz at support@ebizel.com, or ebizelsupport@gmail.com.
Now, just wait for around 2-3 days. After this time period, you won't be able to login into your ebiz account using your username and password. Its an indication of successful cancellation.
If you want to be sure, then you can call ebiz house and get fully confirm about the cancellation.
After submitting this request, ebiz company requires 90 days time to process on your request and then, they will send your refund money through a cheque at your address.
You may have to wait around 90-120 days or even more to get your refund amount.
Its a very long time... But you have to keep patience.
Also, ebiz will deduct Rs 860 in the name of processing fee. So, be ready for that.
Don't share you ebiz username and password with any of your upline, because he may submit a request from your id to ebiz house to reactive your account for his commission. So, be very careful.

    My upline asked me for a valid reason to leave ebiz and i gave it to them as i am diabetic. I enquired them 10 days before completing 1 month. If they told me that I cant get refunded then what should I do.
