In this article, I will share the reality of fraud network marketing or MLM company Ebiz.com pvt ltd. Or say, I will prove how this ebiz opportunity is a very well planned scam or fraud.

Lots of people asks, whether ebiz is safe or not ?? Is ebiz legal or illegal ?? Is ebiz a fake company ?? Is ebiz a money circulation scheme or pyramid scheme ?? Or, Should I join ebiz ??

Here, I have done the complete review of ebiz company which mainly target students to cheat them. I have tried my best to expose this whole ebiz scam in detail.

Ebiz.com pvt ltd is running since June 2001 and more than 12 lac people have joined this company. And, we all know what feedback these people have given the about the ebiz.

People who were once part of this company are now, not a single step behind, in abusing and registering police complaints against ebiz. Incredible brand value!

You can easily find lots of sites and blogs on internet which are made by the people who are antiebiz.

EBIZ COMPANY MISSION:

Ebizers using their full energy shouts very loudly about the social mission of ebiz in every meetings and seminars i.e. to spread computer literacy in India. And, for this purpose, ebiz provides FREE computer courses to poor.

But, I never understood this baseless and unrealistic mission of ebiz company. They provide online computer courses to poor. Just tell me, how many poor people in our country are equipped with computers and internet connection to study these online courses.

Also, every ebizer have to teach 2 poor children in a year to earn regular commissions from ebiz.

But in reality, almost every ebizzer show their cleverness at this point. They register a fake student by filling his form with some hoax information and clear his quiz himself.

I really can't understand the height of their shamelessness. Also, Mr. Pawan Malhan ji don't even bother to check this!

Actually, in reality, these 'missions' are added in the company and repeated in all the ebiz presentations because it sounds good and also effective in deceiving the youth on the ground of Patriotism.

It also helps in projecting the Pawan malhan as a great noble social worker, which can be categorised in one of the biggest lie of this decade.

EBIZ PRODUCTS REVIEW:

Ebiz Products

 Ebizzers always braggs about ebiz products as if they are more valuable and precious than even Kohinoor Diamond. Lets check the reality.

Ebiz basically provides computer courses, accommodation in hotels, tie, belt, wallets and suit length, if we combine all its packages including retail section. For one package, they charge around Rs. 15,000.

In Advance Ebiz Educational Package of ebiz, you will get around 65 computer courses along with few crappy cds and some useless utilities. You have to study yourself with no assistance or help and also clear the test, otherwise your commissions will be stopped.

No word on the quality of these computer courses because even ebizers will agree that they are the worst and outdated. Technology has changed so much in these 15 years, but courses remains the same.

Today, anyone can easily get much much better quality of computer courses than ebiz on internet for free of cost.

Also, beware of the fact that the certificates provided by ebiz on clearing the test are not valid anywhere. Since, its an online course, so anybody can clear your test.

Note that, ebiz is not registered with any University or Technical Board, so interviewers may treat its certificate as a fake certificate and you can be penalized.

And, in hotel accommodation, travelling expenses are not included, neither the lunch or dinner. I have seen many people prefer to avoid the trip because of these extra expenses.

Ebiz has recently introduced some new packages named as eBIZ Elite Appearance Package. But, by launching these new products ebiz has clearly shown its intentions.

These new products are insanely overpriced because ebiz has to pay huge commisions to the persons up in the chain. One have to go completely out of his mind to buy these products at their price.

When you can get brands like Fast track or Reebok in that price range, Why would you buy these silly Ebiz Agamya company products?? Also, these ebiz products provides you zero brand value and many people perceives it as local or Chinese.

One very important point, you will get your offline products like watch and suit length after 45 days of payment, till then wait and wait.

So, by looking at the ebiz products one can clearly say that they are just the waste of money.

EBIZ LEGALITY:

Legality

Its a topic of huge debate whether ebiz.com pvt ltd is a legal company or not??

Actually, In india there are no straight laws regarding the network marketing companies or MLM schemes. Pawan malhan took advantage of this situation and registered the ebiz from ROC Delhi. 

Registration of any company can be checked at the site of Ministry of Corporate Affairs. So, no doubt Ebiz is a registered company.

But, this is not the full proof of the legality of ebiz or any company, which ebizers keeps shouting like fools. Oh! poor ebizzers.....

Any company can do fraudulent activities, instead of being registered at MCA. Remember Satyam??

We all know that lots of police cases has been filed against Ebiz. Can you guess why??

Actually, In 1978, an act was enforced named "Prize, Chits and Money Circulation (Banning) Act" which ban member making schemes (forming pyramidal structure) in India.

Ebiz clearly violates the provisions of this act....

For example: Ebiz offers prizes like bikes, computers and cars on making members quickly within a time limit, which is a clear sign that its just a member making scheme.

A senior UT police official who investigated lots of MLM companies says that, Ebiz is clearly illegal under this act as it involves quick money, membership enrollment and pyramid structure.

Also, Supreme court of India in Kuriachan Chako case clearly held that binary schemes, 1:2 sponsoring scheme by whatever name called multi level marketing is nothing but illegal money circulation scheme.

What more proof you need now after Supreme court!

Is Ebiz a pyramid scheme??

The answer is YES, it is. 

When you joins a true network marketing company like Avon or Tupperware, then you become its distributor and you have to sell its products to the outside world for commission. You can also recruit other to sell the products.

But, you know what happens in a pyramid schemes like ebiz....

In ebiz, its members don't try to sell products to anyone. Instead of this, they are more interested in making the other people as its member.

Because, the clever ebizers clearly knows that the products are useless and of no value and no one will ever purchase it. Also, they join others not for selling the products but for recruiting new members.

Can any ebizer deny this fact by swearing his GOD??

Also, 1:2 ratio concept is a complete proof that Ebiz is a pyramid scheme and nothing else. Because, you are not getting commissions on your sales, but you are paid only on forming a structure. What they call it..... 'genealogy'.

WHY police arrest the ebiz associates for promoting a legal business ebiz and file cases against them?? Are they fools??

WHY not Ebiz House is written on a BIG BOARD in bold letters at their head office, situated in Noida for which Pawan malhan spends in crores??

FEW WORDS TO EBIZERS:

I know its tough for ebizzers to believe whatever I have written here. 

I can understand.... I was also like you, when I was in ebiz. I was very stubborn. I used to think that people who fails in ebiz, starts saying negative things about this company. I just refuse to listen any negative comment about ebiz or argue with others.

But, as the time passes..... I saw my downlines loosing their money, friends, precious time and finally, ruining their career. Lots of them who promoted ebiz with full dedication, gone in huge debt, instead of making money, including me as well.

Many of them leaved ebiz not because they were not doing hard work, but because they can't afford to lose more money and time and lie to their parents.

Not only my dowlines, but also my uplines were leaving ebiz one by one. 

Then, I decided to explore more about ebiz and give a chance to myself to understand the point of view of those people as well who speaks against ebiz. I searched the internet as well to check the truths and lies and find out everything about ebiz in more and more detail. 

And, honestly speaking, I was actually shocked after finding the reality of ebiz and its director Pawan Malhan. I realised that I was completely brain-washed! I was following whatever my uplines says, blindly like a fool. 

So, I decided to share my experience and findings about ebiz to everyone and made this blog. I have written total 6 articles on this topic to cover everything about ebiz in detail.
